چکیده
To solve the edge crack problem of AZ31B magnesium alloy cold rolling, a strong pulsed electric current was introduced to rolling process. The influence intensity, frequency, width and other parameters on cracking plate analyzed based principle single variable. According experimental results, assistance cut down inhibition effect increased obviously with larger parameters. When reached 4800 A, 500 Hz, 50 μs, zero achieved. Statistics cracks, load change, microstructure analysis showed that thermal not obvious non-thermal played more important role in process under pulse current. Edge cracks initiate at shear bands. addition increases number bands presents blanket structure. Therefore, amount strain experienced by band decrease, which has positive inhibiting formation cracks. Furthermore, electroplastic refines grains weakens basal plane. As parameter increases, hardness strip decreases yield tensile strengths increase.
